The Black Women in Tech Hub (BWTH) is a pioneering platform committed to addressing the underrepresentation of Black women in the technology sector.
We view the path to equitable representation in the digital economy as cultivating a thriving ecosystem. Through our data-driven and culturally informed strategies, we:
We partner with organizations committed to diversity and inclusion, fostering an ecosystem where diverse ideas strengthen innovation and resilience
Our programs are informed by real-world data, enabling us to refine our strategies for maximum impact and long-term success
We provide resources, mentorship, and opportunities for Black women at every career stage, helping them thrive in the tech industry.
We advocate for inclusive hiring practices, ensuring the tech industry’s growth benefits everyone, particularly underrepresented communities.
We create a vibrant, supportive community where Black women can connect, collaborate, and grow through networking and peer support.
We inspire young Black women to pursue STEM careers, equipping them with the tools to excel in emerging fields like AI, data science, and fintech
Our mission is to engage, equip, and elevate Black women in technology by providing access to resources, mentorship, and opportunities in the rapidly evolving digital economy. Through targeted programs and strategic partnerships, we aim to empower Black women to excel in emerging sectors such as Artificial Intelligence, fintech, and other innovative technologies. By fostering a supportive ecosystem, we are committed to breaking systemic barriers and driving greater inclusion in these critical industries
At the Black Women in Tech Hub, we envision a world where Black women have equitable access to participate in and shape the future of the digital economy. We strive to increase the visibility and representation of Black women in all areas of tech—from coding to leadership roles, AI development, data science, and entrepreneurship. Our goal is to drive systemic change that unlocks new career opportunities in technology while promoting diversity and innovation across the global tech landscape.
